On the page of each garment you will find the measurements of the item. All our garments are measured flat, end to end. We advise comparing the measurements of our items with clothes you have in your closet to obtain a more detailed perception of what your size is. At Nina Blanc we have a commitment to sustainability. In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, we follow a PREORDER strategy, making part of our garments on demand. This allows us to opt for more sustainable manufacturing, since we reduce surplus stock and unnecessary fabrics for the environment.

Each season, we produce a small stock to offer immediate shipping, and at the same time, we have the PREORDER option for those items that, either due to their high demand or because they have not yet been finished in our workshop, are still in the process of clothing and is not in stock for immediate shipping. Faithful to the concept of slow fashion, we make to order but not to measure. Since you can later return your garment if you are not satisfied.

TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN OF AN ITEM PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE, YOU MUST:

1. REQUEST THE RETURN IN REVENI WITHIN A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT, LETTING US KNOW THE REASON FOR THE RETURN IF YOU THINK IT IS NECESSARY TO HELP US TO CONTINUE IMPROVING.
(RETURN PERIOD FOR ARTICLES PURCHASED AFTER THE 25TH NOV WILL BE EXTENDED UNTIL THE 11TH JAN)

2. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:

• IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE, TOGETHER WITH ANY ACCESSORIES RELATED TO THEM, AND CANNOT BE USED, WASHED OR DAMAGED.
• WITH THEIR ORIGINAL LABELS.

ALL GARMENTS/ARTICLES WILL BE INSPECTED UPON DELIVERY

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE ITEM IN OUR WAREHOUSE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
• WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND US THE ITEM BY COURIER OR CERTIFIED MAIL AND THAT YOU KEEP THE PROOF OF SHIPMENT.
• SHIPPMENT COSTS FOR RETURN WILL BE PAID BY THE CLIENT. NINA BLANC WILL NOT ACCEPT REVERSE CHARGES.

3. ONCE THE ARTICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED AT OUR ATELIER, WE WILL RETURN YOU THE AMOUNT PAID, WHICH WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS.

THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT USED FOR PURCHASE. THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR SUCH TRANSACTION WILL BE BETWEEN 5 AND 15 WORKING DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE BANK INVOLVED.

• RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE BETWEEN 10:00 – 17:00 AT THE LOCATIONS PREVIOUSLY STATED.

NINA BLANC CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF USED OR DAMAGED GARMENTS (AS LONG AS IT IS NOT A DEFECT AND / OR QUALITY OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT). FOR HYGIENE REASONS, SEALED PRODUCTS, SUCH AS UNDERWEAR AND SWIM WEAR ITEMS THAT DO NOT RETAIN THE LABEL OR PROTECTION DEVICE, CANNOT BE RETURNED.

RETURNS OF ERRONEOUS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN THE EVENT THAT NINA BLANC HAS MISTAKENLY SENT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO THE ONE REQUESTED, THAT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT SENT IS NOT ADEQUATE OR THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT CONFORM TO WHAT IS STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT, THE CLIENT MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@NINABLANC.COM IN THE NEXT 24/48 HOURS. .

TAYLOR MADE PRODUCTS WITH CUSTOMER REQUESTED FABRICS OR SPECIAL MEASUREMENTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
