THE RECEIPT OF THE REFERRED ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT DOES NOT MEAN THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER BY NINA BLANC. ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE BY THE COMPANY.
NINA BLANC IS NOT OBLIGED TO ACCEPT THE ORDER AND MAY, AT ITS DISCRETION, DENY ITS ACCEPTANCE. THE CLIENT, HOWEVER, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BY CLICKING ON THE “PAY” BUTTON, HE ACQUIRES THE OBLIGATION TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT (S).
IN THIS SENSE, THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED ACCEPTED WHEN NINA BLANC NOTIFIES THE CLIENT THROUGH A NEW EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN SENT.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND NINA BLANC IN RELATION TO THE REQUESTED PRODUCT (S) WILL BE UNDERSTOOD TO BE CONCLUDED WHEN THE CONFIRMATION IS SENT TO THE CLIENT.
THE CONTRACT WILL ONLY DEAL WITH THE PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN CREDITED IN THE CONFIRMATION. NINA BLANC WILL NOT BE OBLIGED TO SUPPLY ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED.
6.- AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. IF AT THE TIME THE ORDER IS ISSUED, NINA BLANC DETECTS THE LACK OF STOCK IN ITS WAREHOUSES OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN IT, IT WILL TRY TO LOCATE THE PRODUCT BY OTHER MEANS THAT MAY BE WITHIN ITS REACH. IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SUCH AVAILABILITY, THE CLIENT WILL BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. IN ADDITION, THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM COLLECTED AND NOT SENT, WILL BE PAID TO THE CLIENT IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS, BY THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT USED IN THE PURCHASE.
7.- RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER
NINA BLANC MAY CANCEL ANY CONFIRMED ORDER OR NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER PLACED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
IN CASE OF A TECHNICAL ERROR AND / OR A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE PRICES OR IN THE REST OF THE DATA OF THE PRODUCTS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED.
DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY.
WHEN THE SECURITY SYSTEMS INDICATE THAT THE ORDER MAY BE FRAUDULENT.
WHEN WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT.
WHEN THERE IS A COMPUTER ATTACK, VIRUS OR ANY EVENT DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE.
IN SUCH CASES, NINA BLANC WILL FULLY REIMBURSE THE AMOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID.
8.- PRICES AND FORM OF PAYMENT
8.1 PRICES
THE PRICES INDICATED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE SHOWN IN EUROS AND INCLUDE VAT AT THE RATE IN FORCE AT ALL TIMES.

THE DELIVERY DATE TO THE CLIENT’S ADDRESS DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CHOSEN PRODUCT AND THE SHIPPING AREA. BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE APPROXIMATE TRANSPORT TIMES.

10.- RETURN POLICY

c. SHIPPMENT COSTS FOR RETURN WILL BE PAID BY THE CLIENT. NINA BLANC WILL NOT ACCEPT REVERSE CHARGES.
4. ONCE THE ARTICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED AT OUR ATELIER, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE AMOUNT PAID, WHICH WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS.
THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT USED FOR PURCHASE. THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR SUCH TRANSACTION WILL BE BETWEEN 5 AND 15 WORKING DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE BANK INVOLVED.

NINA BLANC CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF USED OR DAMAGED GARMENTS (AS LONG AS IT IS NOT A DEFECT AND / OR QUALITY OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT). FOR HYGIENE REASONS, SEALED PRODUCTS, SUCH AS UNDERWEAR AND SWIM WEAR ITEMS THAT DO NOT RETAIN THE LABEL OR PROTECTION DEVICE, CANNOT BE RETURNED.
RETURNS OF ERRONEOUS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN THE EVENT THAT NINA BLANC HAS MISTAKENLY SENT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO THE ONE REQUESTED, THAT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT SENT IS NOT ADEQUATE OR THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT CONFORM TO WHAT IS STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT, THE CLIENT MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@NINABLANC.COM IN THE NEXT 24/48 HOURS.
THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.
11.- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT
THE CLIENT UNDERTAKES TO MAKE LAWFUL USE OF THE SERVICES, WITHOUT CONTRAVENING CURRENT LEGISLATION, OR HARMING THE RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
THE CLIENT GUARANTEES THE VERACITY AND ACCURACY OF THE DATA PROVIDED WHEN FILLING IN THE CONTRACTING FORMS, AVOIDING CAUSING DAMAGES TO THE COMPANY AS A RESULT OF THEIR INCORRECTNESS.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE CONTRACT CONDITIONS MAY LEAD TO THE NON-ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER AND CONSEQUENTLY TO THE NON-DELIVERY OF A PRODUCT.
12.- AFTER SALES SERVICES
