TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN OF AN ITEM PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE, YOU MUST:
(RETURN PERIOD FOR ARTICLES PURCHASED AFTER THE 25TH NOV WILL BE EXTENDED UNTIL THE 11TH JAN)
2. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:
- IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE, TOGETHER WITH ANY ACCESSORIES RELATED TO THEM, AND CANNOT BE USED, WASHED OR DAMAGED.
- WITH THEIR ORIGINAL LABELS.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE ITEM IN OUR WAREHOUSE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
- WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND US THE ITEM BY COURIER OR CERTIFIED MAIL AND THAT YOU KEEP THE PROOF OF SHIPMENT.
- SHIPPMENT COSTS FOR RETURN WILL BE PAID BY THE CLIENT. NINA BLANC WILL NOT ACCEPT REVERSE CHARGES.
4. ONCE THE ARTICLE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED AT OUR ATELIER, WE WILL RETURN YOU THE AMOUNT PAID, WHICH WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS.
THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE SAME MEANS OF PAYMENT USED FOR PURCHASE. THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR SUCH TRANSACTION WILL BE BETWEEN 5 AND 15 WORKING DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE BANK INVOLVED.

- RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE BETWEEN 10:00 – 17:00 AT THE LOCATIONS PREVIOUSLY STATED.
NINA BLANC CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF USED OR DAMAGED GARMENTS (AS LONG AS IT IS NOT A DEFECT AND / OR QUALITY OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT). FOR HYGIENE REASONS, SEALED PRODUCTS, SUCH AS UNDERWEAR AND SWIM WEAR ITEMS THAT DO NOT RETAIN THE LABEL OR PROTECTION DEVICE, CANNOT BE RETURNED.
RETURNS OF ERRONEOUS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN THE EVENT THAT NINA BLANC HAS MISTAKENLY SENT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO THE ONE REQUESTED, THAT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT SENT IS NOT ADEQUATE OR THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT CONFORM TO WHAT IS STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT, THE CLIENT MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT@NINABLANC.COM IN THE NEXT 24/48 HOURS. .
TAYLOR MADE PRODUCTS WITH CUSTOMER REQUESTED FABRICS OR SPECIAL MEASUREMENTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
